Meet Our Team
Coach Cari
Cari was a gymnast at Spectrum for 13 years, 10 of which were spent on the competitive team. She competed for the Londonderry Lancer gymnastics team for all four years of high school, and was named a team captain her senior year. She graduated from Londonderry as a level 8 gymnast in 2012. She graduated from UMass Lowell with her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2016. She also is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.
Cari is a preschool, recreational, hot-shot, and JO/XCEL competitive instructor. Her favorite part of being a coach is watching how much the gymnast’s confidence and personality grows while being in the gym. She feels that there is nothing better than seeing how proud a gymnast gets when achieving a new skill or overcoming a fear.
Aside from coaching, Cari enjoys spending time with her husband Charlie and their new baby girl Cora.

Coach Lauren
Lauren is originally from Reading, Massachusetts. She competed gymnastics until she was a senior in high school for her club and for Reading Memorial High School. What makes Lauren's perspective on gymnastics really unique is that in addition to being involved with gymnastics throughout most of her life, she is also a "gym mom". All three of her children have or are competing right here at Spectrum. Miss Lauren brings a ton of positive energy into the gym, and shows enthusiasm and pride in the instruction of gymnastics, which are all qualities that we value in our coaching staff. Her philosophy on gymnastics is built on positivity and self esteem:"My belief with all kids and adults I work with is that there is nothing more important than building a person's self esteem. My goal as a coach and parent in the gym is to teach new skills, be tough when tough is necessary, but above all, to build up the kids I am in contact with! I also hope to guide them to be proud and build up their friends and teammates. The world can be a tough place and a positive self esteem is just PRICELESS!”
